1964 Kennedy Half Dollar NCGS MS 67 Superb Gem

1964 Kennedy Half Dollar - NCGS MS 67 - Superb Gem. Has a light scratch on front, and few faint ones on reverse plastic, this is graded MS-67 by NCGS im not familiar with this company nor do i attest to its grading accuracy, though to me it looks near flawless and i guess it can be truly a ms-67?? Please look at pictures this is not NGC, PCGS or ANACS its NCGS which again im not familiar with.
