1982 Kennedy Half Dollar PCGS MS66 No FG FS-901 Variety Coin 50C Gold Shield

This is a 1982-P (Philadelphia) Kennedy Half Dollar PCGS MS66 No "FG" FS-901 (Mint State 66). This is a Variety type coin that can be found in the Cherrypickers' Guide and recognized by CONECA.

The "No'FG'" refers to the over polished area between the Eagle's tail feathers and wing where the initials "FG" would be seen. The coin itself has a goldish tone on each side and has quite a few "die chips" that looks like blobs forming under the surface scattered around and heavy die polishing lines.
